Create the admin user without a password
When opening the UI, if the admin user has no password, assume that the current user is going to be the admin. Prompt that user for a password.
Save the password, go directly to the admin view.
If the admin user has a password, go to a nice landing page for the user. Should display the list of games the user is in.
