We set up a very basic new game screen that allows setting names of the two players before entering a game.

This is also the first instance of having multiple screens, and it sets up additional infrastructure for some request handling and for state management. I'm also establishing the pattern that certain requests require a significant degree of additional interaction from the frontend in order to handle a completed form.
