Raw HTML is pretty ugly, and really doesn't work well on mobile devices. So this adds a lot of styling to make the app actually look decent on desktop and be barely usable on mobile.

b3f88a49aa Clean up the authentication page CSS 
Center the authentication field in the authentication page. Provide some padding within the card, and arrange the form itself.
